How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping to Europe and Oceania takes 7–14 business days. Southeast Asia orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Europe, Southeast Asia, and Oceania. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Fragrance and bath products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?
All ONEFOUR Living candles are made with natural soy wax and are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals.
How do I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn. Allow the wax pool to reach the edge of the vessel on the first burn (2–3 hours) to prevent tunnelling. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view tracking in your account under Orders.
