Shipping Policy

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, and selected countries in Europe and Southeast Asia.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including a tracking number.

Delivery estimates

NZ / AU: 3–7 business days · Europe: 7–14 business days · Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days. Estimates begin from dispatch, not from order placement, and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or damaged parcels
