Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To start a return, email hello@onefourliving.com with your order number.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, bath products and opened items cannot be returned unless faulty. Digital products (journal inserts) are non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
